Melissa & Kevin were destined it seemed right from the start. They were drawn together by the grace of Hofstra University where she was a dancer and he, a lacrosse player.

Melissa delightfully says, “I knew it had the potential to be love the very first time we met!” She continues to share she adored his charismatic and funny qualities which she had not encountered before. The couple complemented each other in every way imaginable. Simply put, it was a perfect match!

Melissa & Kevin’s bond grew stronger and it was evident that there would be a next step. One evening, a few days before Christmas, Melissa was teaching her last children’s ballet class before the Holiday break. Christmas is Melissa’s favorite time of year so naturally Kevin meandered on in and surprised her with the best possible gift she could receive, a gorgeous ring and the promise to love her forever! Sigh…Are these not the most dreamy words?!?

The couple was married on October 21st 2011 at St. Patrick’s Church. Melissa floated down the aisle in a beautiful Anne Barge gown. After the ceremony they kicked up there heals and partied hard at the New Hyde Park Inn with music provided by Tommy Tunes and flowers by Pedestal. For the reception Melissa rocked a hot Nicole Miller dress.

Sharon & Brian’s story is true testament that timing is everything. When the moment is right love will find you.

Sharon & Brian became acquainted in High School as Brian was a close friend of Sharon’s brother. As the role of the sister Sharon would often join them on lunch outings and parties. After H.S. the couple lost touch and after many years were reunited at a friends wedding. They began to speak again but quickly realized the timing was still not quite right. It was not until 2009, nearly 15 years after the pair was introduced, that they were able to go on their first official date. And it was on that night that they both recognized that they had found “the one”!

They quickly connected as they spent many all nighters talking about anything and everything and all in between. Sharon’s sweetly recalls receiving a card from Brian that read, “I would rather so nothing with you than something with somebody else.” It was though he read her mind!

The following year on Christmas Eve (Sharon’s favorite time of year) the couple spent the evening wrapping last minute gifts while watching Christmas movies. Keeping true to Sharon’s family tradition, Brian approached her with a Christmas ornament after receiving his. He had given her a penguin ornament that said I Love You with a scarf tied around its neck. Hanging from the scarf was her future, a beautiful diamond ring.

Sharon & Brian’s wait was finally over on September 24th 2011 as the two were married at St. Joseph’s Church celebrating the night away at the Venetian Yacht Club! Sharon cascaded down the aisle in a beautiful gown by Demetrios. They both declare, “ We were so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful family and friends!”

Thanks to all of support from our remarkable clients we have outgrown our current space and are now moving to an amazing spacious loft in Midtown, which will be taking place in early October!

In a world full of technological advances it is only natural for this tale to begin in Cyber world!!

Mallory & Kevin met on a lovely Social Media called MySpace… (yes remember, before Facebook… ☺) She was transferring to Marist College and found it easy to meet and obtain information online in regards to her new space! Kevin, an RA at Marist and messaged her one day providing her with many important details of how the housing systems worked etc…He also mentioned that should she have any questions, he would be happy to answer… And answer she did. They became fast friends and a month later the relationship turned into something more!

Kevin graduated at the end of the school year leaving Mallory, with two more years to go, in a long distance relationship. They made it work because the love was stronger than the miles in between!

The duo often laugh at the recollection of the first “I love yous”. Kevin was first to utter the words rather early on in the relationship and Mallory simply smiled and hugged him with no return response. After a few weeks had passed she realized she felt the same way, told him, and never looked back.

Kevin’s proposal was sweet including dinner at their “first date” restaurant, then off to the beach where they shared their second date. And as the sun set, he got down on one knee asked her to marry him. “Yes”, she exclaimed!!

The couple married August 5, 2011 at the Riviera in Long Island. Mallory wore a Judd Waddell dress. They are currently in Bora Bora & Moorea having a blast on their honeymoon!!

They always say that you should marry your best friend and according to our lovely bride & groom… They did!

Brittany & Steven met their freshman year at college with an introduction from Steve’s high school buddies. Steve immediately got to work writing her cute notes on the whiteboard hanging on the dorm leading them to become fast friends, best friends at that!

After a year the couple became a serious item realizing that they could trust each other and be their “true” selves around one another. Brittany says, “We understood and had a great respect for one another”!

Steven sweetly proposed on 4th of July weekend while vacationing in Cape Cod. He escorted to the beach early in the morning, and as the sun glistened off the ocean he asked her to be his. Of course she said YES!!

The couple was married July 16th at the beautiful Water’s Edge in LIC, NY. Brittany wore a fabulous Lazaro dress as the couple danced the night away to On the Move Entertainment!

Don’t you love when the universe truly moves two people in the same direction?

Lauren & Chris’ tale begins 2 years ago in New York. She was not a native New Yorker and was seriously considering moving home to Atlanta when her lease was up which was only in 2 days!

Lauren’s friend invited her out for drinks with her and her boyfriend. Her friends’ boyfriend brought a colleague of his, which happened to be Chris! They began talking and immediately hit it off. Lauren recalls thinking, “What a sweet gentleman!” Never imaging she would see him again she took his number in the event she was back in NY.

She was only back in Atlanta one week when low and behold she was offered a job back in NY! She happily accepted and moved back.

Once settled, she and Chris had their first date. It was a first date with each other and a last with anyone else!

Chris proposed on a trip to Miami last December and of course she said yes!

The couple was married July 8th at the fabulous Water Club in NYC! Lauren says, “The wedding was fantastic and we are enjoying some rest and relaxation after all the chaos!”

Ok I am sucker for these kind of romantic stories…

Jessica & Gil tale begins when the two were just toddlers. They would hang out together at their brothers’ hockey games. Jessica sweetly admits, “He was my first crush”.

Sadly this young love would have to come to a halt when Jessica and her family relocated to Florida. Although there was a great distance between the pair Jessica never forgot him! And thanks to technology and good old Facebook she was reunited with him after 17 years!!! They quickly reconnected when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. Gil was attending college in New Orleans and had to evacuate immediately when he decided to drive down to Florida to see Jessica.

The couple had a long distance relationship for the first 2 years flying back and forth every other weekend. Jessica recalls the moment when, “It got to the point where it was too difficult to be apart and I realized I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him”. Quickly thereafter she transferred to New Orleans!

A few years later Gil took Jessica out to a romantic dinner and then for a stroll on the beach. Upon walking he stopped, got down on one knee and proposed!!!!

The couple was married at St. Philip & James and reception followed at the beautiful Raphael Vineyard in Peconic, NY! Tommy Tunes rocked the dance floor and James Cress provided flowers. Jessica wore beautiful strapless gown embroidered with Swarovski crystals, ruched with floral accents!

Jessica & Amir met on a cloudy afternoon in Detroit, MI. The two were both with friends attending a 3-day music festival. They happened to share a mutual friend, which is how the two met, and almost instantly fell in love! The pair was inseparable the whole weekend and she once she got home she immediately called him! Jessica admits, “I loved, and still love to be around him all the time. We have been best friends ever since that day!”

Amir proposed 9 years later on Christmas Eve 2009 in front of Jessica’s entire family. Jessica was reaching for a gift when he got down one knee and said, “Why don’t you open this one next”. It was a tear jerking moment for the entire family sharing his love for her!

The adorable couple married on June 11, 2011, which was super significant marking their 10-year anniversary!!!

The fabulous event took place at The Liberty House in Jersey City, NJ. Jessica & Amir said, “This was the perfect setting being that the views are spectacular including the Statue of Liberty and the NYC skyline!!”

Some of the fantastic vendors included Design by Ahn florists, Platinum Entertainment for music and cupcakes from TV’s most famous Bakery, Carlo’s Bakery! Erganic Design was responsible for planning this glorious day!

Jessica was too fierce for words wearing a gown from Pronovias of Barcelona and her “must have” jeweled satin Manolo Blahnik shoes! Amir rocked Gucci from head to toe… We always love a fashionable groom!!!

Nicole & Jason’s tale begins in 2007 as many do, through mutual friends. Nicole was living in South Florida and Jason on the Oregon Coast. The couple made it a point to visit one another once a month and it wasn’t long before they knew they had found “THE ONE”!! Nicole didn’t hesitate and made the big move to Oregon a short 6 months later.

2 years had past when Jason woke Nicole up early in the morning staging a “30th birthday photo shoot”. (The couple share close dates in birthdates.) They both got all decked out for their “photo shoot” at a gorgeous Japanese garden. Jason led Nicole to a little special area of the garden and handed her note spilling his heart out to her. At the end of the note there was an arrow pointing down where Jason was, kneeling with a ring in hand. Of course she said yes!

One year later the couple wed at the fabulous W Hotel in Union Square. It was a classy black & white evening affair with white orchids strung about from the Orchid King of Manhattan. Vali Entertainment kept the dance floor packed all evening long. Nicole was absolutely stunning in an amazing Pnina Tornai. She exclaims, “It truly was a dream come true.”

The story of Jill and Paul began roughly around 5 years ago when Jill moved to NYC from Florida. She made the big move to fulfill a position at a design company, which is where it just so happened Paul was employed. After a few months of chatting and work functions the couple decided they had so much in common that a date was definitely in order!

Flash forward four amazing years later…

Paul surprised Jill with a getaway to Los Cabos Mexico making an unexpected stop at one the couple’s favorite destinations, San Diego California. After enjoying a wonderful day Paul took Jill to Cabrillo Park where the sun was setting, the waves were crashing, and the scene couldn’t have been more romantic! Paul asked the park ranger to take their photo and as Jill turned around he was down on one knee proposing!! Ladies this is true I swear!!!

The duo enjoys traveling, football, and dining at their favorite restaurant, Five Points. Coincidently this is the same restaurant Paul took Jill on their first date and where they have celebrated each anniversary there after!!

This fabulous couple was married this past Saturday June 11, 2011 at the amazing Roosevelt Hotel in NYC! Due to a film shooting at the hotel we were able to capture some cool shots in front of a vintage taxicab!!
